Strength training tower with 2x 100 kg weight blocks and safe weight covering for institutional use. Over 40 exercises are possible on the four stations. Station 1: Chest press, rowing machine, with chest protection, leg curl. Station 2: Rowing. Station 3 Lat pull, cable pull. Station 4: Leg press. The weights blocks are reach stacked with 20x 5 kg weights. Fibreglass reinforced castors with ball bearings, plastic covered steel ropes, adjustable sitting and back positions. Delivery includes lat pull bar, rowing handle, foot grips, handles, exercise poster and training video. Assembled size (LxWxH): 280x210x213 cm.
